Signed copies
Signed paperbacks ship to addresses in the United States. Each copy is signed by hand, so orders leave within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping cost is shown at checkout and you receive a tracking number by email.
Damaged or lost books
If your book arrives damaged or never arrives, write to us within 30 days of the order and we will send a replacement or refund your payment.
Returns
Personalized copies with a dedication cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Unpersonalized signed copies can be returned within 30 days in their original condition.
Digital packs
Because files are delivered instantly, digital packs are not refundable once downloaded. If a file does not open or is incomplete, contact us and we will fix it.

Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon's shipping and return policies.
